1. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Entrants must be residents of New Zealand.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway opens on 21st March 2026 and closes at 31st March 2026 11:59pm NZ Time.
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

To enter the giveaway:

Visit the Pine Tree Hill Farms puppy curriculum webpage.
Answer one of the giveaway questions correctly in the comments section of the official giveaway post.

Each correct comment counts as one (1) entry.
Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be unique and relevant.

Two (2) winners will each receive one Cheerble Wicked Egg valued at $99.99 NZD.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if required.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Prizes will be shipped within New Zealand only.
A physical residential or business address is required.
PO Box addresses will not be accepted.
The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss once the prize has been dispatched.

Entries must be genuine and not generated by bots or automated means.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the giveaway
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions

By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Cheerble Wicked Egg is an interactive dog toy intended for supervised use only.
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that use of the product is at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Pine Tree Hill Farms shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person, animal, or property arising directly or indirectly from:
- The use or misuse of the prize
- Any defect or malfunction of the product
- Failure to supervise an animal while using the product
Winners are responsible for ensuring the product is appropriate for their dog’s size, age, temperament, and chewing behaviour, and that it is used in accordance with any manufacturer guidelines.
Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.
