Sadie was the dog that started it all. I dreamed of having a Border Collie since being a little girl and my eldest daughter shares my passion for this beautiful intelligent breed also. That’s when we happened upon the Merle Border Collies and I was sold. We searched for a puppy and when we saw Sadie, I knew she was our dog. Sadie is a lover. She is very calm, with a beautiful quiet temperament and people oriented and loves playing ball with our family. She is most content right at our feet and comes up to me, burrowing her head under my arm for cuddles.
Sadie has proven to be a five-star mother and has whelped our famous full merle litter, including two Harlequin pups who caught the interest of a researcher from Clemson University in South Carolina.

Meet Cash! He is our dream sire that we were so excited to welcome into our breeding program. Because he is a beautiful classic black and white but also has that gorgeous ticking. He has a fully furnished, dreamy coat, is easily trained, and has the friendliest personality. He is the perfect size for creating our Medium and Standard Sized Border Collies. He has proven to be the perfect dad to make the Ultra Border Collie pups that have stunning coats, gorgeous faces and elegant structures. He is a ball of love and fun and we are so proud of the puppies that he has sired for us!

As the newest female addition to our program, we are still learning a lot about Miss Pippa, but so far she has proven to be such a little lady. We love her personality and temperament, and we are so excited to see where she helps us take our program!
Pippa is a medium drive and overall low energy Border Collie with a wonderfully friendly, outgoing and stable temperament who enjoys doing whatever her person is doing. While she is a more medium drive dog overall, Pippa does have very high toy drive - for tugs, discs, balls, you name it. Her favorite is probably tug and she has a very full and firm bite. Pippa is very social, loves all people, is great with dogs, kids, and farm life. She doesn't show any environmental sensitivities and takes on new settings with grace.
While she has completed a Border Collie - Full Breed Profile for us, it has been noted that she carries one copy of Adult Onset Deafness . Because she only carries one copy of the AOD gene, this is known as Heterozygotes, or carrier, and she is clinically asymptomatic.
Recognition of carrier dogs allows their inclusion in the breeding program, with obtaining healthy litters when mating with clear dogs, and at the same time it enables avoiding mating two carriers or affected dogs and appearance of affected puppies. Simultaneously, keeping carriers in cleverly planned breeding program will maintain the stability of the genetic pool, without increasing the risk of new, unknown disorders emerging. Genetic tests for dogs offer an easy and simple way to identify the genetic heritage of your dog and improve the quality of future litters without the deleterious effects of gene pool shrinkage.

Every time I look at this boy, I feel so fortunate to have him and to call myself his breeder. If I could produce entire litters of dogs just like Sunny, I would be on board 100%. He’s so friendly to everyone and everything. He has this happy light hearted energy that really makes him magnetic and I love seeing how he handles himself in every aspect. He’s truly the do it all dog that I hope to create time and time again!
Sunny has completed a Border Collie - Full Breed Profile for us, it has been noted that he carries one copy of Goniodysgenesis and Glaucoma (Border Collie).
The genotype of Sunny is CARRIER. Being an autosomal recessive disease Sunny will not exhibit disease symptoms or develop the disease. Offspring will not be affected as none of our females are carriers of this gene.
